Sailor Moon Steelbook Collection Coming Fall 2026

Crunchyroll is bringing Sailor Moon back in style. The streaming giant has revealed designs for a limited Steelbook edition of the beloved anime classic, rolling out across five releases starting this October.

The first season arrives October 2, 2026, available as both DVD and Blu-ray. Crunchyroll is staggering the remaining seasons strategically: seasons two and three drop together on November 6, followed by season four on December 4, and the fifth season on January 17, 2027.

Each box is built for collectors. Beyond the episodes themselves—presented in both German and Japanese audio—you're getting art cards and clean versions of the opening and ending sequences. The second season box sweetens the deal with Special Episode 89 featuring subtitles, while the fifth season throws in three bonus songs.

The reveal of all five Steelbook designs suggests Crunchyroll is treating this release as a comprehensive package rather than a piecemeal cash grab.
