Lupin III Part 1 Hits 55: Tokyo Pop-Up Shop Incoming
Lupin III: Part 1 celebrates 55 years with a free Tokyo pop-up shop this October.
Lupin III: Part 1 is turning 55, and TMS Entertainment Japan is marking the occasion with a free pop-up shop in Tokyo this October. The celebration runs from October 6th to October 18th, 2026, at Zozotown Pop-up Shop in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku—open daily from 11am to 10pm with no admission charge.
The draw: new artwork by Jun Igawa featuring Lupin and the crew in their original Part 1 attire. The shop will stock merchandise tied to the new pieces, giving fans a chance to take home something tied to the franchise's earliest iteration. For a series that defined the gentleman thief archetype across five decades, a fresh visual take on the classic lineup is the kind of thing that lands.
More details are available on TMS Entertainment Japan's official Tumblr page. If you're in Tokyo in mid-October and have a soft spot for the original run, this is worth the trip.
