RIP Ryoichiro Kezuka

Manga creator Ryoichiro Kezuka has died, according to an announcement by Aokishi magazine, published by Kadokawa. He passed away in late May.

Kezuka was known for launching Record Journey (Onban Kikō) in 2021, a manga that has since found an international audience through Titan Manga's English release. Before that, he initially self-published the Otomachi Record manga series, which Kadokawa later picked up for official publication in January 2023, with a second volume following in February of that year.
