Marriage Toxin Gets Second Season, Arriving 2027
Marriage Toxin gets a second season, slated to arrive in 2027.
The production team behind Marriage Toxin has officially greenlit a second season, announcing the news after the first season's thirteenth and final episode aired. The new installment is slated to premiere in 2027.
The original run, produced by Bones Film, wrapped up its twelve-episode arc between April and June 2026, with all episodes streaming on Crunchyroll. Director Motonobu Hori and scriptwriter Kimiko Ueno steered the adaptation of Joumyaku and Mizuki Yoda's manga, which follows a couple bound by a twisted pact involving poison.
With the greenlight confirmed, fans won't have to wait long to see where the story heads next—though the 2027 window still leaves some time before new episodes arrive.
