Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Heads to Switch 2
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is coming to Nintendo Switch 2, SNK announced.
SNK has announced that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will make its way to Nintendo Switch 2, bringing the fighting game to the new hardware with both a digital release on October 22 and a physical version arriving in January 2027.
The game, which originally debuted in April 2025 across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, continues to expand its roster through seasonal content. Season 3 will introduce two characters from the Tokyo Revengers anime: Manjiro Sano and Ken Ryuguji, joining the game as DLC fighters alongside existing crossover characters like Ken and Chun-Li from Street Fighter.
It's a solid move for SNK to bring the title to Switch 2, especially given the platform's growing library of fighting games and the appetite players have shown for portable versions of competitive fighters. If you've been holding off on jumping in until the Switch 2 release, you'll be getting a chance to experience what the game has built since launch—and with the Tokyo Revengers characters on the way, there's fresh reason to revisit the roster.
