Inde Navarrette's Rogue Debuting in Secret Wars

Inde Navarrette is set to play Rogue in Marvel Studios' upcoming X-Men film, with the character rumored to make her debut in Avengers: Secret Wars in 2027 before the standalone X-Men movie hits theaters in May 2028.

Jake Schreier will direct the X-Men project, which has assembled a significant ensemble cast. Kit Connor will take on Scott Summers, while Christopher Abbott plays Professor Charles Xavier. Adam Driver rounds out the major roles as the villain Nathaniel Milbury, also known as Mister Sinister.

This marks a major move for Rogue into the MCU's wider narrative, with the character appearing in the massive Secret Wars event before getting her own team's story. The 2028 release date positions the X-Men film as a key anchor for Marvel's Phase slate.
