Yoshitaka Amano, the legendary artist behind Final Fantasy, has created new artwork for the ONE PIECE CARD GAME featuring two major characters: Figarland Shamrock and Loki. Both cards arrive in Booster Pack Vol. 18, launching in November 2026 in Japan.

The Shamrock card depicts the Holy Knight of God alongside Cerberus, his sword, and carries 9000 power. Loki, the Cursed Prince of Elbaf, lands at 8000 power. Amano's involvement marks a notable collaboration—his distinctive aesthetic, honed across decades of video game and illustration work, now extends into the trading card space that has become central to One Piece fandom.

The card game itself, launched in 2022, draws from multiple visual sources: the original manga, the TV anime, and commissioned special illustrations. Adding Amano's work to that roster signals the franchise's commitment to enlisting top-tier talent for premium releases.

The announcement came during ONE PIECE DAY '26, which also revealed two new anime films and additional card game updates. The event underscores how One Piece continues to expand across media—trading cards, film, and now collaborations with artists who've shaped gaming history. For collectors and players, Amano's cards represent a rare intersection of prestige illustration and competitive gameplay.
