The October issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine has published the final chapter of the manga adaptation of 'Witches Can't Be Collared' (Majo ni Kubiwa wa Tsukerarenai), created by Yuri Yumemi and illustrated by Makuei. The second and final compiled volume of the manga will be released in Japan on October 3.

This series originated from a light novel, which Yen Press has licensed. It follows a detective named Rogue, who is assigned to investigate magical crimes after the nobility attempts to monopolize magic, leading to a surge in crime. In a twist of fate, Rogue ends up working alongside a witch known as “the Puppeteer,” who poses significant dangers, as such witches are typically restrained with collars to limit their powers.

Yumemi first debuted the light novels, illustrated by Wata, back in February 2024, with the third volume released on June 10. The manga adaptation launched in the same magazine in October 2024, with the first volume hitting the shelves on March 4.
