Fans of the popular manga and anime series Chainsaw Man have exciting news to look forward to this September. Chainsaw Man – The Compilation: Parts 1 & 2 will be available to stream exclusively on Crunchyroll, just ahead of the much-anticipated Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, which is set to hit UK cinemas on October 29 via Sony Pictures. These two feature-length films offer a chance for audiences to revisit the first season of the series, showcasing high-energy moments and thrilling character arcs.

The Compilation films, Chainsaw Man – The Compilation: Part I and Chainsaw Man – The Compilation: Part II, will launch worldwide on Crunchyroll, with the exception of Asia. Acclaimed for its gripping narrative and stunning animation, Chainsaw Man has sold over 30 million copies globally and has been adapted into a renowned anime series by MAPPA, known for titles such as Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack on Titan Final Season. In addition to re-edited episodes from the anime, the compilation films will introduce viewers to brand-new content titled Chainsaw Days, drawn from the manga's bonus episodes.

The narrative follows Denji, a young boy who devotes his life to being a Devil Hunter alongside his companion, Pochita, the “Chainsaw Devil.” As Denji grapples with a troubled life marked by parental debt, destiny takes a dramatic turn when betrayal leads to his untimely death. In a moment of desperation, he strikes a deal with Pochita and is resurrected as the powerful "Chainsaw Man," now armed with the Devil's heart.

The first part of the compilation delves into Denji's struggles as he seeks to clear his father's debt by hunting devils for the yakuza, facing challenges that present a bleak existence. As the narrative unfolds into the second part, Denji confronts the terrifying "Eternity Devil," showcasing his unhinged battle style and ultimately culminating in a celebratory welcome party for new recruits after a fierce showdown.
