Trigun Stargaze: A New Chapter

Previously we reported from SDCC Málaga, that Studio Orange would be announcing soon a release date for the newly anticipated Trigun Stargaze. We have finally gotten an update!

The highly anticipated Trigun Stargaze anime has been officially listed to premiere in January 2026. This series marks the final phase following the events of Trigun Stampede, which debuted in January 2023.

Teaser Release and Premiere Details

TOHO animation has announced that a teaser video will be streamed on October 11 at 6:00 a.m. JST (October 10 at 5:00 p.m. EDT). The video description promises "Anime 'TRIGUN STARGAZE' Coming January 2026!"

Additionally, fans can catch the world premiere of the anime’s first two episodes at the upcoming New York Comic Con. The screening is scheduled for October 13 at 3:30 p.m. EDT, with a livestream available on NYCC’s Twitch channel.

Originally based on Yasuhiro Nightow’s manga, the Trigun franchise has a long history, including the original anime adaptation which aired from 1998 to 2000. This series continues to evolve, introducing new stories for both longtime fans and newcomers.
