The highly anticipated second season of the anime adaptation of Maybe's Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) is set to premiere on October 4. This season promises to bring back the beloved characters and storyline that fans have come to adore. Notably, Sizuk will return to perform the opening theme song titled "Daybreak," while Akari Kitō, the voice actress for Hime, will lend her voice to the ending theme "any if."

The season will kick off with an "uncensored version" airing on the AT-X channel at 9:30 p.m. JST (8:30 a.m. EDT) and will subsequently be available on Tokyo MX and BS11 channels later that evening. Streaming will follow on platforms including ABEMA, U-NEXT, and Anime Hōdai, with the uncensored version also available on ABEMA and U-NEXT starting October 11.

Key staff members from the first season, which premiered in January 2024, will be returning for this season. Directed by Takashi Naoya, the series continues to feature the talents of Deko Akao for scripts and Saori Nakashiki for character designs. Fans can expect the same quality of animation and storytelling that characterized the previous season.

Additionally, Miyu Tomita joins the cast this season, playing a new character named Morion. As the story unfolds, viewers will follow Satou's unexpected journey into a fantasy world filled with adventure and unexpected twists, starting from the moment he mistakenly becomes the groom at Hime's wedding.

The manga, which concluded in August 2024, has captivated audiences since its launch in March 2014 and is published in English by Yen Press. With the 15th and final volume set for release on October 28, it's a perfect time for fans to dive into the anime adaptation.
