
Tales of Wedding Rings II Anime Season 2 Trailer and Updates

The second season of Maybe's anime adaptation of Tales of Wedding Rings has released its promotional video, showcasing the opening and ending theme songs. This much-anticipated 'uncensored version' of the anime is set to premiere on October 4 at 9:30 p.m. JST on the AT-X channel. It will subsequently air on Tokyo MX and BS11 at 10:00 p.m. JST and on Sun TV at 10:30 p.m. JST. Streaming options include ABEMA, U-NEXT, and Anime Hōdai, with the uncensored version available on streaming platforms starting October 11.
Returning staff includes director Takashi Naoya and character designer Saori Nakashiki. The opening theme song 'Daybreak' will be performed by Sizuk, while Akari Kitō, who voices Hime, will deliver the ending theme song 'any if.' The first season debuted in January 2024 and was available on Crunchyroll, which also aired the English dub.
The manga, written by Maybe, follows the tale of Satou, who follows his friend Hime to another world, inadvertently becomes the groom at her wedding, and is prophesied to be the Ring King destined to confront the Abyssal King. The manga concluded in August 2024, with its final volume set to release on October 28.
