Marvel and DC Comics have officially confirmed an exciting lineup of new Spider-Man/Superman crossover events set for release in 2026.

The much-anticipated Superman/Spider-Man #1 from DC will hit shelves in March 2026, followed by Marvel's Spider-Man/Superman #1 in April 2026. To celebrate this milestone, both publishers will also release special anniversary reprints of the iconic 1976 classic Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man.

Notable artists including Pepe Larraz, Jim Lee, and Dan Mora are rumored to be involved in these major crossover events, although specific details regarding the creators have yet to be finalized. According to Bleeding Cool, this announcement comes on the heels of a recent series of crossovers featuring Batman and Deadpool.

Additionally, DC is set to release the Treasury Edition: 50th Anniversary of Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man #1, scheduled for January 7th. Marvel will follow up with DC and Marvel Present: Superman and Spider-Man Treasury Edition #1, set for February 4th, which reprints Marvel Treasury Edition #28.

2026 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the initial crossover, Superman Vs. The Amazing Spider-Man: The Battle of the Century, created by a legendary team including Gerry Conway and Neal Adams. While fans eagerly await these new projects, speculation surrounds the potential involvement of high-demand artist Pepe Larraz, hinting at an exciting future for Spider-Man and Superman.
