While attendees did not see the first trailer, they were treated to an overview of the cast, which includes characters from the Fantastic Four, X-Men, and Wakanda, alongside an official lineup of Sam Wilson's Avengers. The team will consist of Thor, Ant-Man, The Falcon, Shang-Chi, and notably, Loki.

The Surprise Addition

Loki's inclusion has taken many by surprise, raising questions about how he might assist in the fight against Doctor Doom. The last time we saw Loki, he was trapped at the Citadel at the End of Time, but with the Multiverse facing dire threats from Incursions, he is poised for a comeback.

Notable Omissions

Interestingly, Shuri does not appear to be part of Wilson's Avengers, which has sparked discussions among fans. Given her role as Wakanda's protector, this might not be entirely unexpected.

Avengers: Doomsday is slated for release on December 18, 2026, followed by Avengers: Secret Wars on December 17, 2027.
