The opening theme, titled "Liberator," will be performed by the group PassCode, while the ending theme, "I Need," will be sung by Yuki Tanaka. Both tracks are composed and arranged by notable producers, setting a dark and emotional tone for the series.

Originally written by kiki and illustrated by Kinta, the story debuted in 2018 and has since circulated over 415,000 copies in total for both print and digital editions. The manga adaptation, illustrated by Sunao Minakata, is published by Micro Magazine and distributed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.
