Key Cast and Plot

Starring Jeremy Irvine (War Horse) and Hannah Emily Anderson (Jigsaw), Return to Silent Hill adapts the second installment of Konami’s iconic survival horror series. The storyline centers on James, who, shattered by the absence of his true love, is drawn back to Silent Hill after receiving a mysterious letter. As he explores the transformed town filled with unspeakable evils, he confronts nightmarish creatures and battles his own sanity in a bid to rescue his lost love.

Returning to direct is Christophe Gans, the filmmaker behind the original Silent Hill movie. Gans describes the project as a “mythological love story,” highlighting the lengths one will go to in the name of love. He expresses excitement about the collaboration with talented actors Jeremy Irvine and Hannah Emily Anderson, aiming to deliver a psychological horror experience that honors longtime fans.

Victor Hadida, Molly Hassell, and David Wulf are producers for the project, which aims to evolve the iconic monsters while introducing new designs that will reinvigorate the franchise alongside the updated video game version being developed by Konami.
