The highly anticipated third season of Oshi No Ko is scheduled to premiere on January 14, 2026. The announcement was made by the production team, who also released a new promotional video and key visuals, showcasing Ruby on a television show.

Promotional Video Highlights

The latest promotional video includes a preview of the ending theme named “Serenade,” performed by Natori. The main visual features characters Aqua, Ruby, Kana, Akane, and Mem-cho standing back-to-back, generating excitement among fans.

Special Events Leading to the Release

An advance screening of the first episode will occur on December 28, 2025, at Marunouchi Piccadilly in Tokyo, which will include a talk session with the main voice actors. Moreover, an interactive exhibit named “Oshi No Ko POP UP SHOWCASE” will take place at Tokyu Plaza Shibuya from November 28, 2025, to January 18, 2026. This exhibit will feature exclusive displays and merchandise inspired by the anime.

Production Team

The third season is produced by Doga Kobo, with Daisuke Hiramaki returning as director and Jin Tanaka managing series composition. Kana Hirayama reprises her role as character designer and chief animation director.

Background on Oshi No Ko

The first season of Oshi No Ko aired from April to June 2023, consisting of 11 episodes, followed by a 13-episode second season that aired from July to October 2024. The manga series was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump and concluded with Chapter 166. It has been licensed for release in North America by Yen Press, and is also available on Manga Plus.
