Oshi no Ko Season 3 Set for January 2026 Premiere

The recent Kanto Noryo Matsuri event unveiled exciting details about the upcoming third season of Oshi no Ko. Scheduled to premiere in January 2026, this season will feature two new cast members: Yuuto Takenaka as Shun Yoshizumi and Youji Ueda as Tetsu Urushibara.

Returning to helm the series is director Daisuke Hiramaki from Doga Kobo, with Jin Tanaka handling series composition. Character design will be overseen by Kanna Hirayama.

The celebrated anime is based on the showbiz drama manga by Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari, which originally serialized from April 2020 to November 2020. The first season debuted in Spring 2023, followed by a second season that aired in Summer 2024. Both seasons were simulcasted with subtitles and an English dub by HIDIVE.

For manga enthusiasts, the series is available in English through Shueisha's Manga Plus platform, which started publishing it in April 2022. Yen Press also licensed the manga and is set to release the 11th and 12th volumes later this year.
