The highly anticipated anime adaptation of High School! Kimengumi has unveiled the cast for its group of delinquent students known as Bangumi. This new anime is directed by Kazuaki Seki at Animation Studio Seven and will showcase a modern twist on the classic series that originally ran in the 1980s.

- Yō Nihiruda: Voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto, the charismatic leader of Bangumi.
- Omiya Nakasudō: Portrayed by Toshiki Horikita.

Plot Overview
The Kimengumi is a group of eccentric students who become friends with the prettiest girl and her best friend. Unlike the original series, which explored themes set in the past, this new adaptation will take place during the Reiwa era.

This anime is set to premiere in January 2026 on Fuji TV’s Noitamina programming block every Friday at 11:30 p.m. (9:30 a.m. EST).
