The anime began streaming on Amazon Prime Video in Japan on January 1, airing at 11:30 p.m. JST. It officially debuted on television a few days later, on January 4, across various channels including Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and RKB Mainichi Broadcasting, among others. The series is also available on Crunchyroll, which added an English dub on January 22, amplifying its audience reach.

In MF Ghost, viewers follow Emma Green, voiced by Nanako Aizawa. Emma is a 19-year-old driver from England navigating the futuristic Japanese landscape where self-driving cars are the norm.
