During the Jump Festa '26 event, a highly anticipated announcement was made: Mashle: Magic and Muscles will return for a third season in 2027. This season will adapt the Tri-Magic-Athalon Divine Visionary Final Exam Arc, ensuring fans have plenty of exciting content to look forward to.

New Visuals and Returning Staff

The event showcased a teaser video and new character visuals, including updates for major characters like Finn Ames, Mash Burnedead, and Lance Crown.

Series Background

The anime first premiered in April 2023, successfully streaming through Crunchyroll, which also offered an English dub. A second season premiered in January 2024. Overall, Mashle: Magic and Muscles is considered a complete adaptation of the series.

The manga, created by Hajime Kōmoto, started in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2020 and concluded in July 2023, with a total of 18 volumes published by Shueisha and Viz Media. It is set in a magical world juxtaposed with a uniquely muscular protagonist, Mash, who cannot use magic but relies on sheer physical strength.

For those following the franchise, a smartphone puzzle game titled Mashle: Muscle Puzzle was launched on April 9, adding another dimension to this exciting universe.
