The Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair (KYOMAF) has officially revealed its collaboration visuals for the upcoming 2025 edition, continuing its tradition of blending popular anime and manga characters with iconic Kyoto landmarks.

Scheduled for September 20-21, 2025, the fair will feature the theme "Totteoki no Kyoto" (Absolute Favorite Kyoto). This year’s visuals showcase six beloved anime characters set against picturesque backdrops that reflect lesser-known, yet captivating, attractions in the city. Notable highlights include visuals from "Kaiju No. 8" at the Lake Biwa Canal Museum and "DAN DA DAN" at the historic Ohara Sanzen-in Temple.

These artistic representations not only celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Kyoto but also enhance the allure of the fair, drawing fans eager to witness the vibrant intersection of anime, manga, and the city's charm. The event will take place across three venues: Miyako Messe, ROHM Theater Kyoto, and the Kyoto International Manga Museum.
