
Kusunoki no Bannin' Animated Film Set for January 2026 Release
The upcoming animated film "Kusunoki no Bannin" (The Keeper of the Camphor Tree), based on Keigo Higashino’s acclaimed mystery novel, has revealed its main cast and additional staff, alongside a teaser trailer.
Slated for release in Japanese theaters on January 30, 2026, the film features Fumiya Takahashi, known for his role in “Black Clover,” and Yuuki Amami from “Meitantei Conan Movie 20: Junkoku no Nightmare,” who will portray the characters Reito Naoi and Chifune Yanagisawa, respectively.
