HBO has unveiled new promotional videos for the exciting upcoming series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, set to premiere on January 18. These clips give fans a lighthearted glimpse of the adventures of Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire, Egg.

The six-episode series is based on the novella The Hedge Knight and is scheduled to air on HBO Max at 10 PM ET/PT. Future seasons may adapt additional novellas like The Sworn Sword and The Mystery Knight.

Starring Peter Claffey as Ser Duncan and Dexter Sol Ansell as Egg, the show boasts a talented cast including Finn Bennett, Tanzyn Crawford, and Bertie Carvel among others. The project was officially announced by HBO in January 2021, with filming taking place from June to September 2024.

George R.R. Martin, the creator of Game of Thrones, has expressed his excitement about the series, stating, "Dunk and Egg have always been favorites of mine, and the actors we found to portray them are just incredible."
