Keisuke Matsumoto Unveils Inpuru-kun Short Anime Series

Anime director Keisuke Matsumoto unveiled a new short anime on Monday titled Inpuru-kun no Sonzai Shinai Shigoto (Inpurn's Nonexistent Jobs), with an episode already available and new episodes on the 1st and 15th of every month. The anime is based on temp agency Improve's mascot Inpuru-kun.

The anime centers on Inpuru-kun taking on absurd temp jobs. The first episode sees Inpuru-kun working as a zombie caretaker.

The cast includes:

• Mai Aizawa as Inpuru-kun and Purubu-chan
• Keisuke Matsumoto as Kamio-kun and Kokebayashi
• Nobuyuki Obari (Improve president) as Ohamu-san

Keisuke Matsumoto directs, with animators including 184, Himari Kaburagi, and Ahiru Kotori. Fukutsū Aoki handles editing. Matsumoto has previously directed other short anime, such as Ponkotsu Quest and Seizei Gambare Mahō Shōjo Kurumi, where he also voiced some roles.
