Anime Adaptation for Ikyou no Tsume Nuri Minarai Confirmed!

Shufu to Seikatsusha revealed that Marukawa's manga, Ikyou no Tsume Nuri Minarai (Apprentice Nail Artist in a Foreign Land), will be getting an anime adaptation. The announcement was made on Wednesday.

The isekai fantasy manga first appeared in Comic PASH! in March 2022. The fifth volume was published on January 10, and the sixth volume is set for release on October 3. Recently, Tokyopop licensed the manga in English and plans to launch the first volume on April 7, next year.

Synopsis

Keiko Sahara, an office worker enthusiastic about gel nails, finds herself suddenly transported to a magical world where 'Nail Painters' use painted nails to cast spells. By a twist of fate, Keiko lands a role as a nail painter apprentice, embarking on a vibrant adventure alongside an eccentric sorcerer, Rocco, his assistant, Hou, and her nail painting mentor, Lido. This unique workplace fantasy explores her transformative journey in a realm unlike any other.
