Hotel Inhumans anime will return for a second season!
The beloved anime adaptation of Ao Tajima's Hotel Inhumans has officially announced that it will be returning for a second season. This revelation came shortly after the conclusion of the first season on Monday. To mark this exciting news, Tajima herself illustrated a celebratory artwork.
The Hotel Inhumans anime premiered on July 6 on TV Tokyo, with streaming available on Crunchyroll as episodes aired. The series features the talents of Yūsuke Kobayashi as Ikurō Hoshi and Hinano Shirahama as Sara Haizaki.
Directed by Tetsuro Amino, known for previous works like Macross 7 and Shiki, the first season was produced by Bridge studio. The writing was handled by Shoji Yonemura, with character designs by Shingo Fujisaki. The soundtrack is composed by Koharu, featuring the opening theme "Mister Moonlight" performed by imase and the ending theme "Merry Go Round" by NOA.
The narrative revolves around a unique hotel catering specifically to assassins, offering luxury services alongside a variety of weaponry, identity forging, and a top-notch cleaning crew. The dynamic between the concierges Sara and Ikurō adds depth to the thrilling atmosphere where assassins frequently encounter one another.
Originally launched on Shogakukan's Sunday Webry site in June 2021, the Hotel Inhumans manga has concluded with its 12th volume, released on September 19. Its blend of action, comedy, and unique premise has garnered a loyal fanbase, eagerly anticipating the upcoming season.
