The October issue of Kadokawa's Dengeki Daioh G magazine features the first chapter of Shion Kawakami's manga adaptation of Hitoma Iruma's "Hitozuma Kyōshi ga Oshiego no Joshi Kōsei ni Dohamari Suru Hanashi" (A Story of a Married Teacher Becoming Obsessed With Her Female Student). This adaptation highlights a narrative centered around Itsuki Ichigohara, a married teacher in her late twenties, who becomes emotionally entangled with one of her students, Rin Togawa, a younger, kind-hearted girl. As the two navigate the complexities of their forbidden relationship, marked by intimacy and betrayal, the story unfolds with both tension and warmth.

Originally published in September 2024, the light novel series has gained attention for its compelling portrayal of complex emotions. The second volume is set to ship on January 10, with the third volume expected to be released on September 10. Iruma previously launched the acclaimed "Adachi and Shimamura" yuri novel series in 2013, which further solidified his reputation in the yuri genre. Additionally, the manga adaptation of a different work, "Adachi to Shimamura," has also garnered a fanbase.

With Yen Press licensing both the light novels and manga adaptations, this new manga offers fans an exciting opportunity to engage with Iruma's storytelling in a visual format.
