In an exciting announcement during gamescom, Square Enix showcased a gameplay trailer for "Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles," a remastered edition of the classic tactical RPG that originally debuted in 1997. This revamped bundle will include two distinct versions: an enhanced edition with fully voiced dialogue in both English and Japanese, as well as graphical improvements and an optimized user interface. Players can expect new features like a fast-forward option, various difficulty settings, autosave mechanics, and a tactical view, all designed to streamline the gameplay experience.

Additionally, a classic version of the game will be available, retaining the original experience while integrating an autosave feature. "Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles" is set to release on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on September 30.
