Exciting New Developments for Tougen Anki Anime: Cast, Music, and Release Date Revealed!

The "Nerima Arc" of the Tougen Anki anime, based on Yura Urushibara's popular manga, is set to debut in October. Distribution company REMOW has released a captivating new trailer video along with announcements regarding the extended cast, including Atsushi Tamaru as Masumi Yodogawa and Haruki Ishiya as Kaoru Namikido, among others. The trailer also previews two theme songs: the opening track "AMIDAKUJI" performed by CHOGAKUSE and the ending song "ACTION" by eill, both promising to enhance the series' vibrant energy.

Originally premiered on July 11, the Tougen Anki anime continues to engage audiences by streaming globally on platforms such as Crunchyroll, Netflix, and Prime Video. Notably, Crunchyroll is also providing an English dub for its viewers. The franchise is taking an additional creative leap with a companion mini-anime titled Onimomomomo, which will release weekly alongside the primary episodes.

Under the direction of Ato Nonaka and produced by Studio Hibari, the series boasts a talented staff, including script supervision by Yukie Sugawara and character design by Ryoko Amisaki. The anticipation builds as the original manga, launched in June 2020, approaches the release of its 26th compiled volume on October 8.
