The anime, based on Sou Akaike's light novel series "Okiraku Ryōshu no Tanoshii Ryōchi Bōei," recently announced its primary voice cast, including Yumi Uchiyama as the protagonist Van, who is reincarnated as a child prodigy in a powerful noble family. Joining her is M.A.O as Till, Van's devoted maid, and Mariya Ise as Khamsin, a character greatly loyal to Van after he saved his life.

The narrative follows Van, the fourth son of a noble family, who recalls his past as a salaryman at just two years old. Despite being considered a prodigy, Van's unique 'Production Magic' skill, revealed at the age of eight, leads to his banishment to a small town, viewed as a disgrace in his family, which favors offensive magic. Armed with his memories and his so-called "worthless" magic, Van embarks on a quest to uplift the fortunes of his village.

This engaging story first appeared on the Shōsetsu ni Narō website in May 2020, followed by the official light novel publication by Overlap Bunko starting in September 2021. Fans can look forward to the eighth volume, set to ship on August 25, while the manga adaptation by Maro Aoiro continues to captivate readers with its unique art and storytelling.
