Ahead of the 20th episode of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE, the official accounts have released a new key visual that sets the stage for the thrilling climax of cour 2. This visual features an array of characters preparing for the impending battles, prominently highlighting Senku, Stanley, and Xeno, along with the iconic Medusa weapon at its center.

The Dr. STONE franchise began with its manga serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2017, quickly captivating audiences. The anime adaptation followed in 2019, and fans have since seen multiple seasons unfold. The second season, titled Dr. STONE: Stone Wars, premiered in 2021, and was succeeded by a special episode, Dr. STONE: Ryusui, in 2022. The anime continued its journey in 2023 with the third season, Dr. STONE: New World, leading up to the current season, Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE, which debuted on January 9 and the ongoing cour 2 started streaming on Crunchyroll on July 10.

VIZ Media continues to support the franchise, having published the entire Dr. STONE manga series by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi. For those unfamiliar, the story kicks off when all of humanity is petrified by a mysterious flash of light. After thousands of years, high schooler Taiju awakens in a world devoid of life, but he soon finds that his science-enthusiast friend Senku has been working tirelessly to revive civilization using the power of science. Fans can also explore the manga digitally through MANGA Plus.
