The official website for the beloved anime Diamond no Ace has recently announced several exciting updates regarding the upcoming Act II Second Season. On Sunday, a promotional video and key visual were unveiled, alongside new staff members.

Premiere Details

Diamond no Ace: Act II Season 2 will premiere in April 2026, airing on TV Tokyo's six affiliate stations, AT-X, and additional networks.

New Staff Unveiled

The production team is seeing some fresh faces:

• Series Composition: Kenji Konuta (Diamond no Ace: Act II)
• Character Design: Yasukazu Shouji (Isekai Shokudou 2) - NEW
• Music: Hajime Hyakkoku (New Game!)

Previous Seasons and Adaptations

Previously, the Diamond no Ace: Act II anime produced by Madhouse aired from Spring 2019 to Winter 2020, covering 52 episodes. Crunchyroll provided simulcasts with various subtitles for viewers.

Moreover, the original Diamond no Ace manga ran in Weekly Shounen Magazine between May 2006 and July 2015, translating into 47 volumes. Following this, Terajima's sequel, Diamond no Ace Act II, was serialized until October 2022.

In addition, the affiliated Diamond no Ace Act II Gaiden: Teitou vs. Ugumori manga had a brief run from December 2024 to March 2025.

Kodansha Comics USA has made the original manga available in English, with digital publications starting in March 2017, concluding with the 47th volume's release in January 2024.
