The anticipated third season of Dan Da Dan has been officially announced, showcasing visually captivating key art and confirming a premiere in 2027. The announcement was made during the recent Anime Festa, heightening excitement for fans of the series.
Recap of Prior Seasons
The second season debuted on July 3, airing on MBS and TBS in Japan, and concluded with its twelfth episode on September 18. Both Crunchyroll and Netflix provided streaming options for viewers, while Hulu also offered access. The director duo Fūga Yamashiro and Abel Góngora return, continuing the momentum kicked off by the first season, which premiered in October 2024.

The Story So Far
Dan Da Dan revolves around Momo, a high school girl steeped in a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an enthusiast of the occult. Yukinobu Tatsu’s manga is serialized on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ service, with an English version published by Viz Media. The anime adapts this compelling narrative, capturing the essence of both supernatural mystery and young romance.
