Story Overview
The narrative follows Spica Virgo, a witch apprentice with a significant hurdle: she cannot use magic. To attend her dream magical academy, she desperately seeks a mentor but faces financial and social barriers. Her luck changes when she encounters a mysterious talking black cat skilled in sorcery. Their shared goals lead to a secret pact, albeit with an embarrassing twist—the key to breaking the cat's curse involves a kiss!
About the Original Work
Created by Yosuke Kaneda, the series debuted on Magazine Pocket by Kodansha in March 2022. Since then, it has consistently garnered a positive reception, with the thirteenth volume released in print on December 9.
