The upcoming Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc has announced an exciting collaboration for its ending theme, titled "JANE DOE," performed by acclaimed artists Kenshi Yonezu and Hikaru Utada.
Kenshi Yonezu, who previously contributed music to the anime series, expressed his enthusiasm about working with Utada, describing their collaboration as a harmonious blend of their contrasting styles. He shared that he instinctively knew Utada was the perfect fit for the song as it developed. Utada echoed this sentiment, highlighting the artistic challenge of merging their distinct musical backgrounds while staying true to themselves.
Directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara, Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc is set to premiere in Japan in September, with an international release starting September 24, and a U.S. release by Sony Pictures on October 29.
