The official site for Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! has unveiled a teaser for the second season of the beloved anime adaptation. Slated for a 2026 premiere, this season continues the comedic antics of its characters in their chibi forms, taking them through humorous and parodic scenarios.

Production Team and Voice Cast

Produced by studios BONES and Nomad, the sequel sees the return of director Toshihiro Kikuchi, known for his work on Vinland Saga and Great Pretender. He takes the helm once again after directing the first season. The assistant director role will be filled by Yūdai Hanaoka, while Tōko Machida will manage the series composition, taking over from Kazuyuki Fudeyasu.

• Yoshimasa Hosoya as Doppo Kunikida

Hiromi Daimi will handle character designs, with Azusa Sasaki as the color designer and Hibiki Nagatomo directing art. Taku Iwasaki is back as the composer, while Lantis oversees music production, and Kazuhiro Wakabayashi will manage sound direction.

A Nostalgic Return

The first season premiered in January 2021 via Crunchyroll, which also provided an English dub. Kanaineko's manga has been ongoing since 2015, featuring 14 compiled volumes that depict characters by Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa in a lighthearted and comic manner. Fans are eager to see Dazai, Atsushi, and others navigate this new season of fun-filled adventures!
