New Film Trailer Released
The official website for Gekijōban Ansatsu Kyōshitsu Minna no Jikan (Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody's Time) has unveiled the full trailer and poster for the upcoming film. This much-anticipated trailer showcases the theme song titled "Teacher," created by singer-songwriter Sora Tomonari specifically for the film.
Sora Tomonari's Connection to the Series
Sora Tomonari expressed a deep personal connection to Assassination Classroom, revealing that she grew up enjoying the manga in her elementary and junior high school years. She previously contributed the song "Kiiro Shingō" (Yellow Light) during the rebroadcast of the television anime earlier this year. Tomonari stated that the new song is her way of repaying Koro Sensei, embodying the sentiment of a student raised under his guidance.
Film Details and Cast
The film is set to premiere in Japan on March 20, 2026, with Avex Film Labels handling its distribution. Notably, the new film will include a complete collection of episodes that were omitted from the anime due to time constraints. The original manga author, Yūsei Matsui, has confirmed that this film not only celebrates the 10th anniversary of the series but also serves as a continuation of the main storyline.

Assassination Classroom, a beloved manga running from 2012 to 2016 in Weekly Shonen Jump, previously inspired a 22-episode anime series and a sequel with 25 episodes. The franchise also spans two live-action films released in 2015 and 2016. Fans eagerly await the upcoming film, which highlights both nostalgia and new stories.
