
A Tale of the Secret Saint Anime to Premiere April 2026
A Tale of the Secret Saint anime reveals new cast and 2026 debut date.
The official website for the television adaptation of A Tale of the Secret Saint (Tensei Shita Daiseijo wa, Seijo de Aru Koto wo Hitakakusu) has announced additional cast members and the premiere date, scheduled for April 2026. New cast announcements include:
- Tasuku Hatanaka as Desmond Ronan
- Daiki Hamano as Zachary Townsend
- Tomokazu Sugita as Quintin Agata
Previously revealed cast members are:
- Shion Wakayama as Fia Ruud
- Shinnosuke Tokudome as Zavilia
- Yūichirō Umehara as Saviz Náv
- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Cyril Sutherland
Tomoe Makino, known for work on Aharen-san wa Hakarenai, is directing the adaptation at Felix Film. Meanwhile, Naoki Murata serves as the assistant director, and Deko Akao is overseeing the series scripts. Character designs are handled by Satomi Kurita, with music composed by Kenichiro Suehiro.
The light novel series, published in English by Seven Seas, follows Fia, a girl born into a family of knights. Marked as the least talented, she faces dire challenges, including confronting a dragon after an injury merges her past life as a powerful Saint. As her former powers are rekindled, Fia struggles to embrace her potential.
Originally launched on Shōsetsuka ni Narō, the story has captured attention since 2019 and boasts over 3.5 million copies in circulation.
